A quiet achiever, Redente continues to produce many sound, speedy racehorses from limited opportunity. His biggest crop to date was in 2017, and the increase in support by breeders in the last few seasons highlights how this well-bred unraced stallion is starting to kick goals. 

Redente’s 80 winners have won over 205 races, including the stakes-placed gelding Brenlyn's Trooper and the multiple metropolitan winning trio Just Stellar ($277,000 earnings) Redente's Edge ($162,000) and Beautiful Bee ($193,000).

Boasting progeny earnings of over $4.9 million and with a winners-to-runners percentage north of 60 percent from his first 6 crops of racing age, at just a $3,300 fee Redente is arguably the best value son of Redoute's Choice standing at stud in Australia.

Redoute’s Choice has a much deserved reputation as a sire of sires with some of his successful sons including Snitzel, Not a Single Doubt, and Stratum. Redente’s dam is the marvellous Gr1 winning racemare Stella Cadente, from the family of brilliant racemare and top broodmare Bint Marscay. Stella Cadente has had ten foals, including the speedy Listed Gimcrack winner Brilliant Bisc, and stakes placed Starfish (dam of stakes placed Wolf Cry and Glenbawn Dame), and stakes placed Moon Fever (dam of stakes winners Dashing Fellow, and Aeronautical).
