Hennessy Adds France Black-Type

Monday, 12th November 2007

Reecently deceased Gr1-winning former Coolmore shuttler Hennessy (Storm Cat-Island Kitty, by Hawaii) added a French juvenile black-type success when daughter Mousse Au Chocolat (Hennessy-Muskoka Dawn, by Miswaki) scored a 3-lengths victory against the males in the €52,000 (A$83,000) Listed Criterium Du Languedoc (1600m) for 2YOs at Toulouse. Mousse Au Chocolat (ridden by Ioritz Mendizabal for trainer Jean-Claude Rouget) defeated fellow fillies Luna Royale (Royal Applause-Lunaska, by Ashkalani) & Lazy Afternoon (Hawk Wing-Luminda, by Danehill).
