We-Have-Seen-The-Future Update: An expanded gambling bill "calling for a referendum & state constitutional amendment to allow casino gaming at Kentucky race tracks has been introduced in the state's House Of Representatives," reported thoroughbredtimes.com. The Bill "was written by & is being pushed by the Kentucky Equine Education Project (a horse racing industry group led by former Governor & Airdrie Stud owner Brereton Jones)".
