Buckram Oak Restructure Under New Name

Meanwhile Buckram Oak Farm "will begin racing under the name Four Roses Stables this month, after restructuring its operation due to the death of principal owner Mahmoud Fustok" (killed in a traffic accident while crossing a street in Florida in February) reported thoroughbredtimes.com. Mohammed Moubarak (who will remain racing manager for the stable) confirmedc Kassem Masri "is the managing director for Four Roses Stable" & "it will probably be around June 10 before we officially make the name change." Four Roses Stable has approximately 50 horses (mostly 2YOs) in training at the farm in Florida, & Moubarak noted the group "will concentrate primarily on purchasing young sales horses, while cutting back the farm's breeding operation".
