Gr1-winning 6YO mare Film Maker (Dynaformer-Miss DuBois, by Mr Prospector) has been retired following her runner-up finish in last weekend's Gr1 Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf & "is scheduled to be bred to leading sire Storm Cat in 2007," reported thoroughbredtimes.com. Kentucky-bred Film Maker retires with 8 wins (including the 2003 Gr1 Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup Stakes), 8 runner-ups (including the 2004 & 2006 Gr1 Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf, plus 2 other Gr1 races) & 7 3rds (including including the 2005 Gr1 Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf, plus another Gr1 event) from 27 starts for US$2,203,730 earnings for owner Donald Adam's Courtlandt Farms.
