Nigel Gray New Handicapper At HKJC

Meanwhile the Hong Kong Jockey Club announced the appointment of Nigel Gray as its new head of Handicapping & Race Planning, replacing Ciaran Kennelly when he retires in January. Gray, 47, currently acts as head of handicapping for the British Horseracing Board & is also co-chairman for both the IFHA World Thoroughbred Racehorse Rankings Conference & IFHA World Rankings Supervisory Committee.
