100 NZ Wins For Aust Jockey McKeon

Australian-born jockey Gavin McKeon "reached a personal milestone" at yesterday's Paeroa meeting "when he kicked home his 100th winner on New Zealand soil," noted nzthoroughbredfocus.co.nz. McKeon, 27, "brought up the century aboard Ebony Strange in the Woodbridge Farm Maiden (2100m)". Included among McKeon's 100 NZ wins are 4 Gr1 victories: NZ 1000 Guineas, Mudgway Stakes & Stoney Bridge Stakes on Seachange, plus this year's ARC Ford Diamond Stakes on Alamosa.
