Woodlands Sires HK Double
Also at Sha Tin in Hong Kong, Woodlands Stud sires Commands (Danehill-Citehele House, by My Swanee) & Strategic (Zeditave-Sudden Impulse, by Luskin Star) registered winners with 3YOs Steel Nerves (Commands-Coy Cowgirl) & Horace's Choice (Strategic-Booked, by Pine Circle). Steel Nerves (a $20,000 yearling consigned by Woodlands Stud as agent at the 2005 Inglis Classic Sale in Sydney) scored by 1.75-lengths over 1400m for trainer Almond Lee. And Horace's Choice (a Woodlands home-bred sold privately to HK after winning at Sandown in Melbourne in August 2006 under the name Arrested) scored his 2nd successive victory with a win over 1400m for trainer Caspar Fownes.
