In South Africa, Australian-bred 3YO filly Cause For Hope (Giant's Causeway-Passing Hope, by Sadler's Wells) scored over 1600m at Scottsville for trainer Charles Laird. Cause For Hope was a $300,000 yearling bred & consigned by Reavill Farm at the 2006 Magic Millions Gold Coast Sale.
