1st Winner For Freshman Sire Tumblebrutus
In the Caribbean, freshman sire Trumblebrutus (a full brother to former Coolmore shuttler & 2000 European Horse-Of-The-Year Giant's Causeway) recorded his 1st winner when Boricua Bomber blitzed his rivals by 9.25-lengths on debut over 5 furlongs at Hipodromo Camarero in Puerto Rico, reported thoroughbredtimes.com. Tumblebrutus (Storm Cat-Mariah's Storm, by Rahy) stands at Haras Mocito Guapo in Santiago in Chile; he entered stud in 2005 & previously stood at Walmac Farm in Kentucky for US$6,000. On the track, Tumblebrutus finished 2nd in Ireland's 2003 Gr2 Futurity Stakes at the Curragh.
