Williams Wins 3rd Straight Breasley Medal

Also at the Victorian Thoroughbred Racing Awards, jockey Craig Williams won his 3rd successive Scobie Breasley Medal. Williams polled 73 votes to defeat champion apprentice Sebastian Murphy (54) & 6-time Breasley Medal winner Damien Oliver (44). Williams finished the season on top of Melbourne's premiership with 87 winners.
