Mr Greeley Adds US Black-Type

Former Victorian shuttler Mr Greeley (Gone West-Long Legend, by Reviewer) added a US black-type success when 4YO entire Greeley's Conquest (Mr Greeley-Tipsy Girl, by Raise A Cup) scored a 4.25-lengths victory in the US$76,000 Listed Prairie Meadows Sprint Stakes (6 furlongs) at Prairie Meadows. Greeley's Conquest (ridden by Quincy Hamilton for trainer Gary Thomas) defeated fellow 4YO entire Native Ruler (Elusive Quality-Tajannub, by Dixieland Band) & 3YO gelding The Big Name (E Dubai-Subtle Wave, by Wavering Monarch). Previously this year Greeley's Conquest also won June's Listed Temperence Hill Handicap (6 furlongs) at Louisiana Downs & last year he won the US Listed Prairie Mile Stakes (8 furlongs) at Prairie Meadows, as well as placing in both the Listed Sprint Championship Handicap (7 furlongs) & Listed Governor's Cup Handicap (8.5 furlongs) at Remington Park.
