Unbridled's Song Adds 2nd US Black-Type
Former Arrowfield Stud shuttler Unbridled's Song (Unbridled-Trolley Song, by Caro) added a 2nd US black-type success when 4YO ridgling Summer Patriot (Unbridled's Song-Rose Diamond, by Diamond Shoal) raced away for a 7.75-lengths victory in the US82,000 Listed John's Call Stakes (13 furlongs on turf) for 4YOs & up at Saratoga in New York. Summer Patriot (ridden by Eibar Coa for trainer Barclay Tagg) defeated Venezuelan-bred 4YO entire Taconeo (Water Poet-Alondra Belle, by Burkaan) & Irish-bred 4YO entire Codeword (Dansili-Spinamix, by Spinning World).
