Tuesday, 26th August 2008
US 10-year-old freshman sire Wild Rocket (Wild Again-Rhythm Of Life, by Deputy Minister) recorded his 1st winner when 2YO filly Miss Wild Rockete (Wild Rocket-Miss Buckareena, by Buckaroo) scored a 5.25-lengths victory on debut over 5 furlongs at the Downs at Albuquerque for trainer Jimmy Collier, reported thoroughbredtimes.com. Kentucky-bred Wild Rocket (a full-brother to 2002 Gr1 Belmont Stakes winner Sarava) stood the 2008 season at AAA Ranch in Arizona. On the track, Wild Rocket notched 2 wins from 34 starts.
