Schreck Appointed Qld Racing Integrity Consultant
Queensland Racing yesterday announced the appointment of former NSW chief steward & Hong Kong Jockey chief steward John Schreck as a "consultant to the integrity department, as part of its on-going commitment to ensure the highest standards of integrity in thoroughbred racing". QR director of integrity operations Jamie Orchard noted: "QR is fortunate in having a young, enthusiastic & dedicated stewards panel which will benefit greatly from Mr Schreck's experience." Schreck has also previously been deputy chairman of stewards at the Victorian Racing Club & director of racing for the Macau Jockey Club.
