In Macau, 10 Australian-bred gallopers scored at Taipa:

  • 6YO gelding Umagum (Umatilla-Gummy, by Snippets) won over 1050m for trainer K.C.Man. Umagum was a $87,500 yearling at the 2004 Inglis Melbourne Premier Sale.
  • 4YO gelding Top Hero (Johannesburg-Gin Sling, by Western Symphony) won over 1300m for trainer V.Chong. Top Hero was a $52,000 yearling at the 2006 Magic Millions Adelaide Sale.
  • 3YO gelding Good Control (Fasliyev-Change Of Control, by Marauding) won over 1050m for trainer Pat Lee. Good Control was a $25,000 yearling at the 2007 Magic Millions Winter Sale.
  • 6YO gelding Simshan Native (Fasliyev-Giginka, by Gleam Machine) won over 1500m for trainers P.C.Kan & K.C.Tse. Simshan Native was a $10,000 weanling at the 2003 Inglis Australian Select Sale & subsequently a $100,000 yearling at the 2004 Magic Millions Adelaide Sale.
  • 4YO gelding Super Scotty (El Moxie-Owner's Delight, by Family Ties) won over 1300m for trainer S.Leung. Super Scotty was a $60,000 yearling at the 2006 Magic Millions Gold Coast Sale.
  • 4YO gelding Simshan Jaguar (Flying Spur-Mascara Magic, by Citidancer) won over 1500m for trainers P.C.Kan & K.C.Tse. Simshan Jaguar was passed-in as a yearling for $87,500 at the 2006 Magic Millions Premier Sale on the Gold Coast & subsequently a $55,000 2YO at the 2006 Magic Millions Queensland Horses-In-Training Sale.
  • 10YO gelding Chater Lamina (Encosta de Lago-Gallorette, by Whiskey Road) won over 1800m for Australian trainer Peter Leyshan. Chater Lamina was a $90,000 yearling at the 2000 Inglis Melbourne Premier Sale.
  • 3YO gelding Super Smile (Sequalo-Survive, by Marauding) won over 1000m for trainer Pat Lee. Super Smile was a $77,500 yearling at the 2007 Magic Millions Winter Sale.
  • 7YO gelding Ronson (Snippets-Farmington Hills, by Dolphin Street) won over 1800m for Australian trainer Peter Leyshan. Ronson was an $80,000 yearling at the 2003 Magic Millions Premier Sale on the Gold Coast.
  • 3YO gelding Phenom King (Danzero-Smytzer's Century, by Geiger Counter) won over 1000m for trainers P.C.Kan & K.C.Tse. Phenom King was a $150,000 yearling at the 2007 Inglis Easter Sale in Sydney.
