Real Quiet Shuttling To Uruguay

In South America, 14-year-old former Vinery Stud shuttler & 1998 Gr1 Kentucky Derby winner Real Quiet (Quiet American-Really Blue, by Believe It) will shuttle to Pablo Salomone's Haras Cuatro Piedras in Uruguay for the Southern Hemisphere breeding season under a 2-year agreement. Real Quiet (who stood the 2009 Northern Hemisphere season at Penn Ridge Farm in Pennsylvania for US$7,500) has sired 15 stakes-winners from 7 crops to race (including dual US Gr1 Breeders' Cup Sprint winner & US Eclipse Award recipient Midnight Lute, plus Gr1-winner Pussycat Doll). Overall his progeny have earned US$14.75 million.
