In France, Gr1-winning Coolmore freshman sire & former shuttler Footstepsinthesand (Giant's Causeway-Glatisant, by Rainbow Quest) recorded his 15th 1st-crop winner when Irish-bred 2YO colt Arasin (Footstepsinthesand-Arazena, by Woodman) scored over 1600m at Chantilly for trainer Pascal Bary. Arasin was a €100,000 (A$170,000) yearling at the 2008 Arqana August Sale.
