US Gr1-winning 8YO 1st-crop stallion Purge (Pulpit-Copelan's Bid Gal, by Copelan) recorded his 7th 1st-crop winner when 2YO filly Pure Class (Purge-Twining Star, by Twining) scored over 8 furlongs on all-weather at Del Mar for trainer John Sadler. Pure Class was a US$105,000 2YO at this year's Keeneland April Sale.
