Doncaster Yearlings Day-1: $71k Haafhd Colt
Thursday, 10th September 2009
In the UK overnight, trainer Kevin Ryan paid top price of £36,000 (A$71,000) for a colt by Gr1-winning Shadwell Stud stallion Haafhd (out of Terimon mare Third Party) during the opening session of the 2-day Doncaster Bloodstock St Leger Sale. The colt (consigned from Mocklershill Stables in Ireland) is a half-brother to multiple stakes-winner Party Boss.
