US Sire Seattle Fitz Sold To Argentine Stud

In South America, Juan Carlos Bago's Haras Firmamento in Argentina "has purchased Kentucky-based sire Seattle Fitz (Fitzcarraldo-Hug A Slew, by Seattle Slew) from Buck Pond Farm & will stand the 11-year-old after the conclusion of the Northern Hemisphere season," reported thoroughbredtimes.com. Multiple graded stakes-winner Seattle Fitz (who was bred by Haras Firmamento) has 24 winners from 42 starters in 2 crops prior to this season. On the track, he recorded 6 wins (including the Gr2 Brooklyn Handicap, Gr3 Aqueduct Handicap & Gr3 William Donald Schaefer Handicap, plus 2nd in the Gr1 Donn Handicap) from 21 starts & earned US$594,371.
