Expensive 7YO gelding Deacon (Zabeel-Trolley Dolly, by Jetball) recorded his 9th win with victory over 1815m at Eagle Farm in Brisbane for trainer David Murphy. Deacon was $320,000 yearling consigned by Cambridge Stud & purchased by Rogerson Bloodstock at the 2005 NZ Bloodstock Premier Sale at Karaka.
