- 4YO gelding Shiny Thunder (Octagonal-Thunder Brightia, by Thunder Gulch) won over 2000m for trainer Hideyuki Takaoka.
- 6YO gelding Dan Noble (Helissio-Emma, by Danehill) won over 1200m for trainer Leslie Khoo. Dan Noble was a $19,000 weanling at the 2005 Inglis Select Sale & subsequently a NZ$60,000 yearling at the 2006 NZ Bloodstock Select Sale.
