French Gr1-Winner Rosanara Retired To Stud

In France, trainer Alain de Royer-Dupre announced The Aga Khan's Gr1-winning & dual Gr1-placed 3YO filly Rosanara (Sinndar-Rosawa, by Linamix) "has been retired to stud following her disappointing 4th when favourite in the Gr3 Prix de Flore (2100m) at Saint-Cloud on Tuesday" reported racingpost.com. Overall Rosanara recorded 2 wins (including 2009's Gr1 Prix Marcel Boussac over 1600m at Longchamp) & 3 placings (in June's Gr1 Prix de Diane Hermes-French Oaks over 2100m at Chantilly & April's Gr3 Prix De La Grotte over 1600m at Longchamp, plus 2009's Gr1 Criterium International over 1600m at Saint-Cloud) from 9 starts for £415,692 (A$665,000) earnings.
