Gr1-winning & 4-time Gr1-placed Vinery Stud stallion Mossman (Success Express-Lichen Lady, by Twig Moss) added a group success (& 13th individual stakes-winner) when favoured 4YO gelding Triple Elegance (Mossman-Mary Machree, by Quest For Fame) scored a 1-length victory in the $125,000 Gr3 Liverpool City Cup (1300m) at Warwick Farm. Triple Elegance (ridden by Jim Cassidy for trainer Chris Waller) defeated 4YO mare Graceful Anna (Canny Lad-Lamellar, by Grand Lodge) & fellow 4YO gelding Pureness (Tale Of The Cat-Purespeed, by Flying Spur). Triple Elegance (an $80,000 yearling consigned by Murulla Stud at the 2008 Magic Millions Gold Coast Sale) took his record to 7 wins & 7 placings from 17 starts for $441,980 earnings.
