Blake Shinn Applies For "In-Camera" Hearing

Jockey Blake Shinn "has made an application to have an appeal against a 15-month riding ban for his betting activities be heard in-camera before the Racing NSW appeals panel on Monday" reported The Daily Telegraph. Racing NSW "is expected to make an announcement as early as today whether the media will be allowed to sit in on Shinn's appeal".
