Monday, 6th June 2011

Former European Champion 1st Season Sire & Chatswood Stud shuttler Invincible Spirit (Green Desert-Rafha, by Kris) added a black-type success when daughter Hooray (Invincible Spirit-Hypnotize, by Machiavellian) scored a 1.25-lengths victory against the males in the £30,000 (A$46,000) Listed Surrey Stakes (7 furlongs) for 3YOs at Epsom. Hooray (ridden by Seb Sanders for trainer Sir Mark Prescott) defeated US-bred colt Lord Of The Stars (Speightstown-Charmant Forest, by Forestry) & Chilworth Lad (Diktat-Dowhatjen, by Desert Style).
