Northern NSW’s Grafton-based Akaroa Thoroughbreds stallion Untouchable (Danehill-Canny Miss, by Marscay) added a black-type success when 5YO gelding Trusted Partner (Untouchable-Occur, by Alannon) returned from a 5-months spell to score a 1.75-lengths victory in the $80,000 Listed Lightning Handicap (1000m) at Eagle Farm. Trusted Partner (ridden by Dwayne Dunn for trainer Simon Foster) defeated 4YO mare Warrior Girl (Ombra Della Sera-Abba Dabba, by Al Hareb) & 4YO gelding Facile Tigre (Catbird-Cotton Bay, by Zabaleta).
