US Sire Greenspring Sold To Argentina Stud

In South America, US 7YO stallion Greenspring (Orientate-Violet Lady, by Seattle Slew) has been sold to stand at Haras Vikeda stud in Argentina. Greenspring (a US$85,000 yearling at the Keeneland Septrember Sale) won both 2010’s Gr2 General George Handicap (7 furlongs) at Laurel Park (clocking 1min 20.8sec to break the track record) & Listed Native Dancer Stakes (8 furlongs) at Laurel; he also finished runner-up in 2009’s Gr3 Fall Highweight Handicap (6 furlongs) at Aqueduct.
