McNair Checks HK For Possible Hay List Dec Trip

In Hong Kong, Australian trainer John McNair is currently inspecting quarantine facilities ahead of possible trip to December’s International Meeting at Sha Tin by his multiple Gr1-winning 5YO gelded sprinter Hay List (Statue Of Liberty-Sing Hallelujah, by Is It True). While Hay List has been ruled out of the Australian Spring due to his on-going leg infection, McNair told The South China Morning Post he remains hopeful of bringing Hay List to Hong Kong & noted: “I was keen to come & see the facilities, whenever a trip does become a possibility, and everything looks top class. Whether it’s this year or some other time, we will know more in the next week or so.”
