US Classic-Winning Sire Red Bullet Pensioned at 14

US Gr1-winning stallion Red Bullet (Unbridled-Cargo, by Caro) who won the 2000 Gr1 Preakness Stakes has been pensioned aged 14 at Frank Stronach’s Adena Springs in Kentucky “due to declining fertility” reported On the track, Red Bullet recorded 6 wins (including the Gr1 Preakness Stakes & Gr3 Gotham Stakes) & 4 placings (including the Gr1 Cigar Mile Handicap & Gr2 Wood Memorial Stakes) from 14 starts for US$1,161,920 earnings. Red Bullet began stud duty in 2003 at Adena Springs South in Florida & has sired 11 stakes-winners (including Canadian Horse-Of-The-Year & Champion Sprinter Fatal Bullet, plus multiple stakes-winners Royal Currier, Red Lead & Cool Bullet) & his progeny have earned more than US$9.1 million.
