1st Win For NZ$380k Redoute's Choice Filly

In Australia, valuable 3YO filly Girl Gone Rockin (Redoute's Choice-Sorrento, by Just A Dancer) recorded her 1st win (at her 2nd start, following a runner-up on debut on January 17) with victory against older rivals over 1400m at Ballarat in Victoria yesterday for trainers Michael, Wayne & John Hawkes. Girl Gone Rockin was a NZ$380,000 yearling consigned by Curraghmore Stud at the 2010 NZ Bloodstock Premier Sale at Karaka.
