Thursday, 30th July 2015

Gr1 Levin Classic winner Gaultier (Rios-Playacting, by Royal Academy) has been sold and will continue his racing career in Hong Kong, reports theinformant.co.nz. Trainer and part-owner Danica Guy said the rising 4YO would depart for his new home within a matter of days. "He's still with us at the stable at the moment, but he'll be off to Hong Kong in a week's time and that's where he'll do his future racing," she said. Gaultier, whose only win came in January's Gr1 Levin Classic 1600m) a Trentham when defeating 3YO filly Sardaaj and fellow 3YO gelding Huka Eagle, has had 8 starts hitherto for NZ$142,725 in earnings.
