Inglis Supplies A Third Of Iconic Met Field
Saturday's running of Gr1 The Sun Met at Kenilworth sees a field of 15 to contest the running of South Africa's richest Gr1 race. One-third of the field are graduates of Inglis sales, with The Conglomerate, Mac de Lago and Brazuca having been sold at Melbourne Premier, whilst Whisky Baron and Macduff coming from the 2014 Easter Yearling Sale in Sydney. Meanwhile, immediately prior to the running of South Africa's richest Gr1 race, The Sun Met, the time-honoured Gr1 Investec Cape Derby will be held. The talented field of 3YOs includes 2015 Inglis Melbourne Premier graduates Table Bay and Newlands. Both candidates are owned by Mayfield Speculators and are trained by Joey Ramsden.
