Southern NSW-based Newhaven Park have bred or raced five Golden Slipper winners, and their list of Group 1 graduates over the last four generations of ownership is extensive. Recent Inglis graduates include current 3YO and Listed winner Xtravagant Star, while Gr1 winner In The Congo, Gr2 winner Lavish Girl, Listed winner He's Xceptional and group placed city winner Party For One are all among their crop of 4YOs. At the 2023 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale Newhaven Park will offer 29 yearlings including nine by the proven resident sire Xtravagant, led by Lot 157, a half-brother to Gr3 winner of eight races Lightinthenite. Several are the first foals of winning mares including Lot 43 a filly whose dam won eight races, Lot 660 a colt whose dam won five, and Lot 737 a colt who dam won twice at two and was fourth in the Listed Atlantic Jewel Stakes. Lot 72 is a half-sister to three winners with plenty of upside in this family, and Lot 366 is the first foal of a half-sister to Champion Hong Kong Sprinter Absolute Champion. A full brother to Gr2 winner and Gr1 placed Heatherly (Lonhro), dam of recent group winner Red Resistance, is Lot 358. Capitalist filly, Lot 209, is the first foal of 2YO stakes winner Yes To The Dress from a strong American family; while Castelvecchio filly, Lot 573, is the second foal of winning mare Lucky Louie who ran second to Invincible Star in the Gr3 Ottawa Stakes at two. An Exceedance half-sister to Gr2 winner Vanna Girl is Lot 563, while Frosted has a colt, Lot 619, who is a half-brother to WA Oaks winner Lunar Impact and Gr1 placed winner Man of Choice. Bella Nipotina's sire Pride of Dubai has a colt, Lot 266, who is the first foal of stakes placed winner Backflash from the family of Champion 3YO Filly in USA Untapable. Written Tycoon colt, Lot 219, is the first foal of a winning sister to stakes winners Volpe Veloce, Raposa Rapida, and Delago Bolt.
