A grandson of the Listed winner Hidden Wonder (Danzero), this Laurel Oak Bloodstock-bred colt is from the family of Gr1 Caulfield Guineas winner Kenwood Melody. From the first crop of dual Group 1-winning juvenile King's Legacy (Redoute's Choice), Lot 469 is a bay filly out of the winning Thorn Park mare Mileyva from the family of Gr1 winners Brutal (O'Reilly) and Wyndspelle (Iffraaj). This filly is bred on the exact same Redoute's Choice x Thorn Park pedigree cross that has produced 19 winners from 25 runners led by the Gr1 New Zealand Oaks winner Belle En Rouge and the Group 3 winner Bella Rosa.
