The Cornish's Torryburn Stud is an equine masterpiece situated on the banks of the Allyn River, in the gently rolling hills of Paterson Valley near Gresford and with an honour roll which includes Gr1 winners Home Affair, Espiona, Hot King Prawn, Voyage Bubble and Dixie Blossoms to name but a few, the famed Red Heart brand has been carried to success aboard many a quality racehorse. With a draft of 15 yearlings catalogued for this year's Magic Millions Gold Coast Sale, the team at Torryburn Stud will be excited to offer Lot 77 and 160, both yearlings by their home-grown dual Gr1 winner Home Affairs. A bay filly out of the six-time-winning Snitzel mare Vitesse, Lot 77 is the first foal of his dam and is from the family of numerous international Gr1 winners, while Lot 160 is a colt out of the imported Lonhro mare Apamurra (herself a half-sister to the dam of Gr1 winners Alizee and Astern, and red-hot Newgate Farm stallion Tassort) whose three foals to race are all winners. With the progeny of The Autumn Sun sure to be in high demand, Lot 751 is a lovely chestnut filly by the Champion 3YO Colt, the first foal out of the five-time winning, multiple stakes-placed Showcasing mare Our Intrigue, while Lot 477 is a filly out of the Gr2 placed High Chaparral mare Highway and is bred on the same Redoute's Choice x High Chaparral pedigree cross that has produced five stakes performers highlighted by the Gr2-winning, Gr1 Golden Slipper runner-up Best of Bordeaux and the Gr3-winning, multiple Gr1-placed Williamsburg. With 20 winners from 33 runners which includes six stakes performers, Lot 212 is bred on the Capitalist x Fastnet Rock cross that looks to be one to follow moving forward. A filly out of the unraced full-sister to the Gr2 winer Deploy, the chestnut is certain to be highly admired. The final three colts that Torryburn will offer in the sale all look to have appeal on paper with Lot 1183 being a Microphone half-brother to the consistent Forzanini, while Lot 1284 is by Yarraman Park's promising Hellbent out of the stakes placed mare Memento. The final offering in the draft is Lot 1333, a son of Russian Revolution from the family of Gr1 winners Tom Kitten, Manhattan Rain, Redoute's Choice and Desert Lightning.
